Government and Commercial Contracts
During the first nine months of CY2005, members of
the BSG staff developed, negotiated, and implemented over 200
national/international contracts and agreements with state and Federal
agencies, and major corporations throughout the world. This number
includes a variation of Agreements and Contracts that include some of
the following:

• Sales Agreements
• Teaming Agreements
• Memorandums of Understanding
• License Agreements
• Consulting Agreements
• Letters of Intent
Additional types of Agreements/Contracts are included in the experience
base of the BSG staff members, consisting of sub-contracts, Time &
Material, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Cost Plus Award Fee, Fixed Price and many
others that may be required by the client. Each of our clients can be
assured that each contract and/or agreement developed by BSG staff
members are reviewed and supervised by attorneys of Dick, Riggs,
& Miller.
