Contract Management ServicesBSG offers its clients contract management services, which include contract monitoring, contract modifications, contractual compliance, contract negotiations and sub-contract management. Our staff members have both Government and commercial contract management experience, and can offer clients complete support from contract start-up to completion, and/or provide assistance for specific contract phases. BSG will assist clients in assuring that each contract will be managed to its fullest potential, and offers assistance in negotiating contract extensions, fees and modifications.
